     Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a design technique that uses specific software to create a shareable, three-dimensional model. This model and associated output reports are created through a combination of graphical and non-graphical data and are used to demonstrate the entire building life cycle, including construction and operation. Erdman Anthony's 3D models encompass building geometry, spatial relationships, geographic information, and quantities and properties of building components.
