ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 27—Erdman Anthony announces its quality management system has been certified to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 standard. ISO 9001:2015 is the latest version of the international standard that specifies requirements for quality management systems (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to provide products and services that consistently fulfill customers’ needs and meet regulatory requirements. Erdman Anthony’s processes have been continuously certified to versions of this standard for nearly two decades.
“This certification is not required, but Erdman Anthony pursues this additional recognition to reflect our ongoing commitment to meeting quality standards and customers’ expectations in all the work we do,” said Scott Kelley, PE, quality system manager at Erdman Anthony.
For over 60 years, Erdman Anthony has provided infrastructure engineering and support services to private industry and government clients. The firm employs over 250 people, including 70 professional engineers and licensed land surveyors, throughout its offices in Albany, Buffalo, and Rochester, New York; Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; West Palm Beach, Florida; and Portland, Maine.
