ASCE Palm Beach Names Phoebe Cuevas Molina, PE, LEED AP BD+C, ENV SP, Engineer of the Year

At its annual Engineers in Government Night on April 15, the Palm Beach Branch of the Florida Section of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) named Phoebe Cuevas Molina, PE, LEED AP BD+C, ENV SP, the 2025 Howard L. Searcy Engineer of the Year.

The honor recognizes Phoebe’s outstanding contributions to the engineering profession and her ongoing commitment to inspiring future generations through K–12 outreach. Phoebe is a civil engineer at Erdman Anthony’s West Palm Beach, Florida, office.

The award is named in honor of the late Howard L. Searcy, a longtime civil engineer whose work encompassed development projects throughout North Carolina and Florida, including Everglades restoration projects.
