Site Approval — Next Steps
Erdman Anthony completes topographic and utility surveys of the approved location, which will be used to develop detailed site plans.
Interface with Local Electric Utility
Erdman Anthony provides the technical information for the owner’s application, coordinates the required work with the utility, and serves as the owner’s technical liaison.
Submit Application
Erdman Anthony provides stamped documents for use in obtaining permits from the relevant local authority. We can also complete and submit the applications.
Construction Oversight
Erdman Anthony’s design staff reviews submittals, responds to requests for information, addresses field conditions, reviews proposed changes, and completes periodic site visits.
Submit Rebate Applications
Erdman Anthony provides technical assistance to the owner for the completion of applications for rebates and/or incentives.
