Dennis leads Erdman Anthony’s rail services group and has managed over 100 projects involving railroads over the past several years. The projects have included receiving government aid from sources such as PennDOT’s Rural Transportation Assistance Program, NYSDOT’s Passenger and Freight Rail Assistance Program, and MaineDOT’s Industrial Rail Access Program. The scope of the projects has included bridge rehabilitation, bridge load ratings, grade crossings, and construction inspection. He is familiar with the operational requirements and the design standards of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association, the Federal Railroad Administration, and various state agencies and railroad companies.
