Frank has extensive experience in highway, bridge, and municipal projects, including designing highway alignments, pavement sections, and drainage systems, as well as developing traffic management plans used during construction. In his current role as Northeast construction services manager, he oversees the work of all resident engineers and inspectors assigned to our New York construction projects. His experience also encompasses utility relocation and coordination, sanitary and storm sewer design, detailed hydraulic analysis, and preparation of construction plans, specifications, and estimates. His construction inspection experience includes supervision of contractor activities.
