Jeff has progressed responsible positions in the transportation engineering field over the course of his career, including project engineer, project manager, senior project manager, and director of transportation. He has designed and managed many transportation and infrastructure projects throughout Pennsylvania, including the repair, rehabilitation, and new construction of highways and bridges. His responsibilities have included scheduling, design cost monitoring, design document review, and contract administration.
