Paul has served as a project manager and a lead engineer on a broad range of transportation projects, including ones involving highways or multiuse trails. He has a firm grasp of the Complete Streets design approach, which aims to improve economic, environmental, health, and safety outcomes for transportation networks. His capabilities include designing roadways’ geometric layout, pavement, drainage, and signals, as well as analyzing traffic and hydrologic and hydraulic matters.
