Bob has served as project manager, quality control manager, and, more recently, principal-in-charge for many of Erdman Anthony’s highway design assignments. He oversees a full range of tasks, including preliminary engineering and alignment studies, prefinal and final design, and construction consultation. His background also includes traffic and transportation corridor studies. In addition to technical task management, Bob routinely handles duties associated with effective project management, including quality assurance/quality control, subconsultant supervision, schedule and budget tracking, mentorship and leadership, and public presentations.
