The Buffalo Business First weekly newspaper has named Erdman Anthony’s Buffalo office a gold winner on its annual “Best Places to Work” list, in the category of 10 to 24 employees. All 10 respondents from the office indicated high engagement when asked questions that measure employee engagement, and all indicated an intention to stay with the company for the long term.

The office scored 98.89 out of 100. Some of the comments detailed appreciation for the leadership’s caring approach during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey results also report that the top word used by respondents to describe Erdman Anthony was “fun.”
