Fit-out of Shell Space

Erdman Anthony is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection engineering services as a subconsultant in connection with the fit-out of shell space at Giant Heirloom Markets in the Philadelphia area.

Giant Heirloom Markets are all within the lower-level retail space of existing multistory housing. They are boutique-type, 10,000 to 15,000 square feet each, and include organic produce, deli, and beer-and-wine departments, self-checkout, and community space.

Giant Food Stores, based in Carlisle, PA, operates nearly 200 supermarkets under the Giant and Martin’s banners in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.
