Under this TSDOR work order for Southwest Ranches, Erdman Anthony designed plans for cleaning, patching, and resurfacing the existing pavement and regrading roadside swales to establish wide, shallow swales with a flat grade for roadways south of SW 56th Street.
Our firm provided civil engineering design services for preparing roadway plans for SW 127th Avenue/Appaloosa Trail, SW 130th Avenue/Melaleuca Road, and associated side streets SW 56th Street and SW 128th Avenue in support of the TSDOR program. To obtain proper permits for this project, our firm worked closely with Broward County and the Central Broward Water Control District.
In addition to design services, Erdman Anthony provided bidding and construction administration services, on-site representation, preliminary budget estimates, and construction observation for the project.
